Return Process

  Log into your SexDolls account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and accessories are included to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
